Shipping policy
Every order is prepared with care and dispatched from Great Britain.
Where we deliver
At present, we deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only.
We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or international destinations.
We are working towards opening delivery to further destinations and will share an update as soon as this becomes available.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is complimentary on all eligible orders within Great Britain.
Processing time
Orders are thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public bank holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will begin processing the next working day.
Delivery method
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and the delivery window begins once your order has left us.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update once your parcel enters the Royal Mail network.
Delays
Delivery time frames are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, public holidays, severe weather, disruption or events outside our reasonable control.
If your delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, please email: contact@feelingaphrodite.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to cover the cost of resending the order.
Cancellations before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@feelingaphrodite.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You are welcome to return it to us in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
